The City is an online tool set up by CityEdge to help build community and coordination loving service to people throughout Lakewood and Greater Cleveland. It is similar to a social networking website, but it provides MUCH more than just an “CityEdge Facebook.” The City allows our CityGroups, ministry teams, and staff to communicate, coordinate, and share needs with one another. Think of it as a “church movement” website!
The City Plaza is simply the public side of The City. All content created in The City is protected. Only the members of your CityGroup or Ministry Team are able to see the things you post unless you specifically request to share that content with others. To share your content with the entire world, just post your topic, need, or event to the public City Plaza for all to see! Any content listed on The City Plaza is easily accessed and shared to facebook and twitter without needing a password.
How do you sign up? If you’d like to sign on The City, we recommend you join a CityGroup! The members of your CityGroup can invite you into their group on The City, allowing you to create your City account. To learn more about CityGroups click here.
